The evaluation of the use of numbers of different mobile operating systems shows a trend that is common knowledge. The use of Android surpasses iOS in a very high percentage.
But the evaluation of these values over the last year shows that Android has enjoyed sustained growth and, except for occasional periods, we are now reaching a new high.
Android, beginning in May 2015 with 64% market share, now reaches some impressive 68.284%. This value is achieved by gains against the iOS and also the other operating systems.
In the case of iOS this trend follows the opposite way, with the beginning starting in 20.22% and now reach 18.8%. It should be noted that this is not the minimum value of iOS, which in October had reached 17.7%.
Apple's numbers for the last quarter had shown that sales had fallen and that Apple is losing market. These values are now the practical result of these losses.
It is expected that these numbers will be reversed with the massification of the new iPhone SE, which still failed to reach a sales level that is comfortable for the company.
